If your boiler has a fault that you cannot rectify then you must contact the boiler manufacturer. Numbers and details are located here. When you call please quote your name, address and the boiler serial number.
Please remember to check your manufacturers handbook as some things can be a very simple fix. From time to time boilers will lose pressure and require water adding to the system. This is something you can do, so please refer to your user hand book or go to our own useful video section above and see demos on how to do this.
Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
