I can't thank you enough for all your help, from my first conversation with Claire to the job being completed. You made me feel very confident that the problem would be found and work carried out. Simon Pugh was great on both visits, his knowledge and workmanship was very professional. The communication from yourselves, between emails and text messages were appreciated, and when you said you'd be here, you were here. This has been an ongoing stress for me since the first week in January, however after contact with yourselves, this has been resolved within a couple of weeks.

And yes, any future projects or boiler issues, I will definitely be back in touch!

I wanted to thank you for the extremely quick and efficient repair Duncan made to my central heating/hot water fault. I called your office on Monday and was offered an appointment on the same day. Duncan arrived shortly after I received a text to say he was on his way - impressive! The fault was diagnosed quickly, repaired equally quickly in a very professional manner. I have used your services before and have recommended Scott Findlay on several occasions to friends and neighbours. Your company is my number 1 choice for central heating/boiler repairs, even although I have a maintenance contract with a certain national organisation.

I cannot thank the company enough for a very swift and professional service. Both engineers were extremely friendly and polite. One of the Engineers was also allergic to cats and didn’t complain at all, he just got on with things. The work was carried out much sooner than I expected and the bill was reasonable. Labour wise I was charged exactly to the minute which I was very impressed with, especially after having issues in the past with tradesmen adding time. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for a plumbing and heating engineer.

Very professional and helpful. Advised of potential issues early (was an old boiler and parts availability in doubt) to avoid any nasty surprises. Fortunately, they sourced a replacement part and quickly installed it.

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent job this morning. Turned up on time and as the job took slightly less time than was estimated I was charged less than agreed. House was left perfectly clean and tidy even after removing the fire and boiler.
