Your team was really helpful. Claire in particular was responsive and supported me through my understanding of the process for a prospective home buyer. I was fully supported onsite by the plumber Mark who was called out to do a basic visual inspection and to answer questions of mine - not a typical callout but one that I appreciated as a new home buyer. We may not need any plumbing works in the near future due to the reassurances provided by Mark regarding the state of the home plumbing system, but if I do require this I will be coming back to Scott Findlay.

I can't begin to tell you how great the service was. A wonderful job done - one radiator hadn't worked for 20 years!

I should like to confirm that we are extremely pleased with the operation to renew our boiler. Kevin and Andy were quick, tidy, certainly seemed most competent, friendly and were a pleasure to have in the house. Furthermore they were helpful and cleaned and tidied up when they had finished. The whole operation has been a lot less stressful than might have been the case. We will certainly recommend you to others.
