We are very happy with all aspects of the service provided. Your engineer, Cameron, arrived on time and sorted the problem in spite of some real access challenges. We appreciated the care he took with our home (using shoe covers, etc.). He was very professional and also took time to explain options regarding a possible upgrade to our heating system.
We would be very happy to use your business again and indeed are already arranging an appointment to progress our heating system upgrade.
