Gas Fire Service: £120 (£100 + vat) **
Boiler/cylinder service: £145 + vat.
Callouts cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a £60 cancellation charge (£50 + vat)
Larger works cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the full hourly/daily labour rate.
**If full service is unable to be carried out due to lack of manufacturer's instructions then we will complete basic safety checks and charge labour at the standard hourly rate.
GSC: £100 + vat*
GSC/SERVICE: £130 + vat
GSC/SERVICE/PAT/LRA: £240 + vat
GSC/PAT/LRA: £210 + vat**
ANY 2 CERTS: £155 + vat
There is a minimum charge of £90 + vat for any single certificate
*GSC covers up to 2 gas appliances, additional cost of £30 + VAT (£36 inc) per appliance.
**PAT covers up to 10 appliances, additional cost of £2.50 + vat per appliance.
Our callout fee covers the engineer travelling to your property and up to an hour on site. If he can't fix your problem within that time we'll give you a quote for the additonal works required. This way you know what the total cost of repairs is likely to be.
